Missing a pill

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I have been taking the combined pill called Rigevidon for the last two months. I at the end of the second pack. I had sex 3 nights ago and the following evening I forgot to take the pill. I took it twelve hours late. Could I be pregnant and if so how do I take a pregnancy test? Thank you
