  4. Missed periods. Of ectopic pregnancy?

Missed periods
I had sex with my boyfriend on 8th oct. Then i got periods on 21st oct, 19th nov and 18th dec. In January i missed my periods i.e. 24 days late. I took upt that is negative. Now i am taking meprate. But there is no sign of periods. What should i do next? Am i pregnant? Is there any chance of ectopic pregnancy??? Please answer me i am really stressed.
