Missed periods and pregnancy test positi
My periods is 2 weeks late,and when tested the pregnancy tests result are positive. How can i be sure about my pregnancy? What are the medical help i need to take ? Side and future effects of it.

A usg will show the sac and heart beats so that will be confirmatory and further you need to consult a gynaecologist so that folic acid I e required medicines can be started and blood tests can be advised .
