  4. Missed periods 15 days. Please suggest!

Missed periods 15 days
Missed periods 15 days, and now experiencing slight blood and spotting. What does it mean. Iam trying to concieve from long time, but am confused as everytime i do urine test it shows negative results. Please suggest
