Asked for Female, 28 Years

I got my period last month on 20th Feb. But in March I didn't get my period till now. And I'm not pregnant I tested yesterday it was negative. Yesterday at the time of sex with my husband I got some of the semen in vagina. Is this anyhow hamper my period??
