Hi doctor, i am 28yrs old married woman and I have 3and 1/2 yrs old daughter. My period was supposed to be in 5th, last month it was on 5 June and it lasted three days after that little little bleeding was there for another 3 days spotted like. I had no intercourse with my husband after the month of may. I made pregnancy test at home it's negative

You are definitely not pregnant as you had significant bleeding.
If you are really trying to conceive please wait till you get menses again and undergo USG abdomen to rule out Pcod
