Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hello doctor. I HD my last lmp on June 19th. After that I did had my periods. This is the first time I'm missing my periods. I have took pregnancy test at home thrice every 10 day its negative and last week I have taken meprate tab 10mg twice a day for 5 days. Until now I didn't got my periods. Is it OK or any problem is der. I have 2 c section 3 yrs before and had 2 kids. Pls guide me with my problem thankyou.
