Missed Period and Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have missed period since 9th of this month.i used to have really irregular period. But on 6th of this month i had sex,(we used condom), yet the missed period is giving me scare.i am feeling heartburn,bloating and mood swings lately. i took home pregnancy test and it was negative.two times i tested once in the morning and other in the evening.what is the possible reason for my missed period. i am having clear and stretchy vaginal discharge since the start of this week.
