Hello dear always remember without contraceptive pregnancy can occur at any time.also for your information lactation helps as a contraceptive, although not 100 percent effective , and also lactation or breastfeeding affecta the prolactin hormone which in turn affects and causes prolonged periods of amenorrhoea or irregular menses. For the time being do not panic for chances of getting pregNant is very less due to LAM ,however just yo be relaxed if u remain amenorrhoeic do a home pregnancy test afyer 27 th of succeding month. JUST RELAX
