Missed krimson 35 doses

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have missed krimson 35 tablet since 2 days. I have PCOS. Now 4 tablets are remaining. Should I take 3 tablets today (including the 2 missed doses and today's dose) ? Or should I leave those skipped 2 doses and continue with the remaining?
