Missed a period and later that month I was feeling very nauseas but i never took a test i was spotting for about 3 days (assumed it was my period) very lightly and 4 days later i got this horrible back and abdominal pain it wasn't like normal cramps so i went to the bathroom and started gushing blood (brownish with some clots) as if it were a really heavy period but the pain was horrible. It lasted for about 4 days and then stopped but i didn't get my actual period until almost two months later and my period has always been very regular. Could that have been a miscarriage?

Hi, possibilities are there. Usually few drops of breast secretions if seen along with this pain, bleeding and clots, almost confirmed abortion. For safe genital system's health, ultrasound if done will be better.
