Miscalculated weeks of pregnancy

Is there a way to find the number of weeks one is pregnant? i have miscalculated the days. According to my knowledge, im 11 weeks 3 days pregnant but The fetal biometry says 35 mm, ideally the size should be 45 mm according to the weeks. Pls help if i can do a blood test/scan to determine the exact weeks of my pregnancy

You can calculate according to your last menses...or according to first sonography...if sonography is less than 8weeks that is very reliable... Fetal growth may vary in each sonography
