Lazy eye means ambyopic eye vision will remain same even after using spectacles at this age. It would have been corrected before age approximately 10 years .

You're vision is pretty good . Continue using glasses. Deviated eye can be corrected surgically.
Consult local squint specialist for further evaluation and management.
