Minoxidil to use or not

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hy I am a pcos patient have hairloss since 1 and a half year my hairfall has still not stopped my doc told me I have telogen effluvium because I don't have receding hairline just diffuse thinning I don't know if I should use minoxidil please suggest what should I do
