I have Androgenic Alopecia & used Minoxidil & Finasteride, had very good hair growth. Post my daughter's birth for last 2 years, I have stopped using it & gone bald again. Since my daughter share my pillow, I'm worried if I apply Minoxidil lotion and she uses the pillow, she would get side effects on her skin or hair.

You can apply minoxidil and after 30 minutes cover your head with a shower cap or dupatta so the medicine will not get across to the pillow. Or you apply it in morning and at least 3 hours before going to bed. Take care. Stay healthy. Regards, Dr. Jolly Shah DNB Dermatology, Mumbai.
