Minor thalassemia feels fatigue

Hi, my daughter is 5 yrs, she has thalassemia minor condition. She feels tired very soon while running or active playing. Other things are ok. She is 14.7 kg and average height. Paediatric said her height weight ratio is fine. Please suggest if I need to give her any supplements for rest of her life for active life.
