Minor PCOS reported by Gynecologist but mentioned no english medication needed but could try Ayurvedic to control. Its been 2 months since last period.

....thanks for trusting ayurveda, Pcos take it head on as its issue of comfort, so plz step out of ur comfort means out of pcos participate in traditional dance form or sports, exercise, consult Ayurveda dr who'll share u for detox n rasayan therapies u need to grab n hold it with efforts at least during reproductive age....
