Hello there.
I can understand your concern but you have given very limited history.
Since when have you started experiencing this problem?
Is there any other associated symptom like having blackouts?
Dizziness etc.
Kindly consult a physician for full workup of your case and treatment accordingly.
Certain tests will also be needed so without examination and tests I'm not in a position to help you much.
