Burp well for 15 minutes after each and every feed so regurgitation will be reduced...

Hope vomit is milky colour...
Child is having regurgitation of feeds and importance of proper burping with adequate time and Position cannot be over emphasized more.
But if it falls to yield desired effect, consult Pediatrician for better outcome.
