Asked for Female, 27 Years

While feeding my 5 month old baby in side lying position, sometimes during the begining, milk droplets come out of his lower nostril. I understand that this is due to oversupply/letdown of milk. Can this lead to infection? Is this something to be worried about? What can be done?
