I would like to know exact history of the patient
As cow milk allergy usually develops by 1 year of age and by 5 years of age it gets resolved in 76% of patient.
Next Steps
These children can not be given goat’s , sheep’s , buffalo’s milk as there had been found cross reactivity
If the allergic are severe you can give AAF milk like neocate, Aptamil etc
If the symptoms are mild to moderate then you can give eHF like neutramigen or soy milk
