Miliary Tuberculosis ??/ 67 year old had complained of fever, weight loss and fatigue for over 2 months. Usual suspects(Dengue,etc) were ruled out in that period.Xray also did not suggest any other illness. Even if it is a Milliary TB, No one can guaranty a fatigue free illness after 4 weeks. To Reconfirm the diagnosis you can undergo a trabsbronchial lung biopsy
