Miliary Tuberculosis ??
Miliary Tuberculosis ??/ 67 year old had complained of fever, weight loss and fatigue for over 2 months. Usual suspects(Dengue,etc) were ruled out in that period.Xray also did not suggest any other illness. Later he was admitted into a hospital under a general physician who diagnosed the condition to Miliary TB with the help of Xray and PET scan and started the TB treatment (6m)and assured that patient would show significant improvement from 4th week. he is into 6th week but fatigue persists, no

Even if it is a Milliary TB, No one can guaranty a fatigue free illness after 4 weeks. To Reconfirm the diagnosis you can undergo a trabsbronchial lung biopsy
