Mild thrombocytopenia
My wife is physically very active doing mild exercise daily. Last year in October she had neck pain and headache, we had done cbc in which there is lower side wbc and low platelet ( 1.1 ) but after giving her coconut water for two days we repeated the cbc in which wbc was also improved but on lower side only and platlett also increased from 1.1 to 1.4. After that she had no problem like no weakness or anything we just out of curiosity again done the cbc last month in which her hemoglobin came 10.3 and platlett were still at 1.44 and wbc was also low. I am not understanding what is causing her all three counts and how to improve all blood counts. Thank you
