I have tried unani and allopathy treatments for regular periods i have had this problem since 3-4 years and without any medicine am not able to have my periods regularly its been 2-3 months since i have had my last period which was because i had meprate. What do i do? I don't want to have medicines because i have swelling on my face and pimples when i have it i want to have a proper diet and i walk for max one hour everyday. What do i do about my periods?
