  4. Mild pain in liver. But never happens.

Mild pain in liver
I am feeling mild pain in liver, it's not persistent, needle like feeling in 1 to 2 hrs for 20-30 seconds. My digestion is normal but from today my appetite is reduced, I don't feel like I should eat anything. Feels like vomiting but never happens.
