Mild Pain in abdomen post meals
Child had severe gas and was no eating anything and vomiting after meal with pain in abdomen . Treated with rantac, perinorm and cyclopam . Got relieved and started eating food in 2-3 days .
After 1 week he is experiencing mild pain in abdomen after eating food . Kindly suggest.
