Hi Team. Kindly analyse and suggest Sonography USG Impression Mild hepatomegaly with altered liver parenchymal echotexture suggesting liver parenchymal disease. Limited visualisation of portal vein at present USG. Partial throbosis of right portal vein, visualised portal vein, portal confluence and visual proximal short segment of SMV No ascites
