Mild headache.
Right eye power of -0.25 cylindrical. Light perfect. Should I wear glasses. The eye clinic salesman was selling really expensive lenses to me. Advice me if I should go for lenses at all or what should I do to correct the power back to 0. I feel no strain or blurred vision or pain in eyes. Yea but i have been having slight headache every now and then since 4 days especially when I look down or sneeze or cough hard.

You need a Cycloplegic Refraction to rule out latent hyperopia and an X ray of PNS to rule out sinusitis.
