Hi..
Nowdays lot of people are having eye issues due to excessive computer work as everything is online
Take a complete break for 2/3 days
Use some lubricating drops
Read about computer vision syndrome and follow recommendations
Take simple pain killers for 2 days
Hope there is no other issues like cold / cough etc...
