Mild headache
I am a 14 years old boy . 10 days back I got hit on the forehead with elbow . After that day I got headache everyday for 10 days . The headache is mild and gets triggered in the morning. It goes by afternoon. I never wake up with a headache but I hv a feeling of headache that I can't explain in the morning . I hv got anxiety now and I am very stressed , please help me out

There is minimum likelihood of severe or worrisome internal injuries. Such symptoms could be due to a very mild concussion which will resolve on its own with time.
In case this fails to resolve for long or symptoms become more distressing a neurological consultation is advised.
