Physiotherapy is the mainstay of treatment. With that only his locomotion and fine movement will improve. Speech seems to be normal for his age. Can wait till 2.5 years of age. He should be able to say that he wants water, needs to pee or pass motion or a particular toy. If he is doing this, than its all okay. Otherwise behavioral therapy is required. He is a special child so cannot force him to behave like a normal child. Will take time.
