Mild fever persist after 10 day of covid

Kindly suggest why still fever comes after covid 19 detected.
Proper medicine as suggested by doctor has been taken.

Again fever comes like 99.5 to 100.4. After visit to our f
amily doctor, he suggested below medicine
Tab azee 500 twice a day
Cap cepfor 200 mg twice a day
paracip 650 mg Sos cap rbx DSR twice a day
ivermectin 12 mg twice a day
prednisolone 10 mg twice a day
Decvit twice a day
Recare twice a day
I am concerned about heavy antibiotics at this age.
