  4. Mild fever. It post covid inflammation?

My temperature is 98.8 always sometimes it shows 98.1 but always its 98.8 or 98.9 if i take dolo 650 also it doesnot come down. My mother has ILD is it possible i may have ANA? i was affected from covid 3 months back? Is it post covid inflammation?
