Mild fever from past 3-4 days,on and off

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Mild fever from past 3 days on and off. Mild weakness. Had lose motions for first 2 days, now it's normal and also had sore throat at the beginning only. I have been taking sinarest since yesterday. Should I continue taking sinarest or go see doc.

Hello, best advice is consult a general physician MD. Hot saline gargel before meals at least two times..till than luckwarm nibupani, tomato soup sip by sip to take continue synarest. If fever is there tab dolo650 eight hourly after food or as required.tab azee 500 one per day for three to five days. coconut water, mousambi juice can be taken. light diet like semiliquid porridge khichari messed chapati moongdal without tadka.avoid cold,spicy,fried, greasy junk food till u become symptom free. Ok.
