HELLO, SIGNS SEEMS, BUT WITHOUT TEST CAN'T SAY. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED.   SEROLOGY FOR DENGUE NS1 O.K BYE.
