Mild Fever And Pain - Tested Covid Positive On Dated 28Th August

Tested covid positive on dated 28th August and after treatment got negative on 5th September after 4-5 days of discharge I got mild fever of 99 at evening and some muscle pain in my legs .kindly guide.
