Mild cramps during pregnancy
Hello, I am 6 weeks pregnant and going through mild cramps in my lower abdomen. They are not persistent and usually occur late in the evening. There is no bleeding, but I noticed a very thin streak of dark brown spot yesterday. Just wanted to check if that is normal.
