Mild concertic lvh
I have a health anxiety problem specially heart related because I often read about different heart conditions from Google from several months that becomes i habit now and it's create huge fear in me so I finally went up to cardiologist not because I have any problem but due to the intense fear and anxiety that google searches create in me my physical examination was normal ecg was also normal but since I have anxiety I bp abnormally rises in the clinic that causes a reading of 140/90 and pulse was high also everything came normal but I got more feared seeing my high bp echo report comes as mild concentric lvh with 12mm wall thickness doctor says you are normal you have nothing don't panic or stress and suggest me to not search anything on google so I am confused whether the findings like mild lvh is true or just misdiagnosis since I have nothing no symptoms nothing

Stress and anxiety can cause all sorts of problems which may not be there to start with. The more you stress, the more problems you are going to get. As the doctor rightly said, stop all your Google searches related to health and put your trust in one local doctor with whom you can discuss whatever health related queries, you have. Try meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. Stress leads to White coat hypertension, which is responsible for your BP being higher in the chamber of the doctor.
