BP is slightly high. It could be anxiety. This are similar to heart attack symptoms. Get ecg and consult and chat with me here online.

Having not known your background and past medical history, your symptoms could very much possibly be related to acute anxiety and stress however, remote possibilities of undetected congenital conditions should be kept in mind and one time evaluation with your cardiologist is essential.
