Having migrane for 2 weeks,1-2 times felt nauseous and not able to watch computer screen due to migrane start. And in past I had seizure and was seeing a doctor but prescribed medicines were of having extreme effect due to which within 5 mins was loosing the control on my senses hence stopped taking medication.Please suggest.

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind
Do pranayam and yoga daily
Do meditation regularly to give rest to your brain
Do eye exercises daily
Take salads and fruits more

Avoid coffee, oily and spicy foods non veg food, processed food
