Migraine headache is triggered from AC
Migraine headache is triggered from AC (Air Conditioning).
Root Cause: AC (Air Conditioning).
Tried Migraine Medicines, the tablets worked temporarily, however headache is not cured completely.
What is the solution for this???

Hello.
As you said ac (temp) is triggering you migraine,I would suggest you to maintain the temp at room not too low. All you have to do is to keep taking prophylactic medications to prevent the episode of migraine from occurring in future.
Maintain healthy diet and don’t eat diary foods,chocolate ,heavy meals at once. Check ur diet once and keep a track of the foods too whether they are aggravating the problem.
