Hi there...there is not best tablet for migraine. How did you come to know that you have migraine? There are many different types of headache like migraine, tension type, cluster headache. For migraine there are many triggers like bright light, caffeine, sudden change in emotions. Try to avoid these triggers. When you get an attack, try to rest in a room with low light. Also consult a neurologist or general physician for further evaluation and treatment.
