I m so scared i think i might be cancer stomach cancer i have always burping and burning sensation in the neck sometime bloating sometime stomach pain when i press my stomach its little pain wht is this i have fatty liver and gallstone removel i m so worried and difficulty sleeping i always think about cancer is this a sign of cancer i m not hppy anymore

There is nothing to panic. it can be due to gastric irritation also..drink plenty of fluids,avoid oily and spicy food items,don't skip meals..eat at correct timing ..don't overeat..If you have symptoms u can do certain blood test and USG abdomen to find out the cause.. kindly consult...
