While satisfying an itch I came across this tiny bump on my back. Not sure what it is, at first it was painful like a pimple, now it doesn't hurt at all but is a little raised. What could this be?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't know what it is and don't know what it could be because i haven't seen it. If you had attached a picture, then i would have been able to answer the question properly. Get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
