Micro Nutrients
I am a vegetarian (male, 54 year) turning to vegan. I frequently undergo water only fasting for 7-8 days straight without any problem. Recently I have come to know that I need to take care to avoid potential problems associated with depletion of micro nutrients such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins etc. What medicines / supplements should I take to ensure adequate supply of these micro nutrients without any side effects?

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. A to Z once a day after food for a month and tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.  Have lots of greens,vegetables and fruits.
