Hi,
First of all don't close the wound, let it be open and wash it under running water with antiseptic. Tetanus injection should be taken as early as possible it's OK if by tomorrow also you will take.

Next Steps
Look for increase in swelling and redness around the bit area.. If so then visit a physician.
