Hi Doc, please enlighten me about the dose and duration of vitamin B12 tablets in deficiency

The dosage depends on your current vitamin B12 levels (blood reports) .. whether you need 750 mcg or 1500 mcg once or twice on a daily basis (assuming there’s deficiency) In severe case of deficiency vitamin B12 injections are recommended and they work better
