Parkinson's disease (PD) is a long-term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that mainly affects the motor system. Only one symptom cant be a disease. Its better to consult and tell the full history. It needs some physical examinatiins too. As you told its very early age. So it will be better to controle the disease as soon as possible.
