M a student preparing for competition...i could nt concerntrate properly due to which i remember very less, my confidence level is low becoz of various other reasons. Hesitate to talk specially when it comes to girls or women.. I have tried meditation bt my mind diverted and could nt remain concerntrated What shd i do
