I hear voices that i believe are not real. I think it's what's known as remote neural monitoring, but would like to know without taking it to extreme measures. Is there anything I can do that's relatively simple that would determine whether or not I need to speak with someone? If not what are the benefits of psychiatry vs just talking to someone?
